Process
How we build.
A five-stage process that keeps AI-assisted speed and engineering discipline in balance, from the first conversation to what happens after launch.
Discover
Before any design or code, we get specific about what you're actually trying to achieve — the business problem, the people who'll use the system, and the real constraints around budget, timeline and existing technology. This is where scope gets defined honestly, not optimistically.
Outputs
- Clear problem statement
- Target users & use cases
- Known constraints & risks
Define
We translate discovery into a concrete plan: what gets built, in what order, on what architecture. This includes user flows, data models and a technology roadmap — the decisions that are expensive to change later get made deliberately, up front.
Outputs
- Defined scope & phases
- System architecture
- User flows
- Technical roadmap
Build
This is where AI-assisted development earns its speed — scaffolding, boilerplate, first-draft implementation and test writing move fast. Every non-trivial decision and every change is reviewed by an engineer before it's considered done.
Outputs
- Working software, iteratively
- Continuous code review
- Regular progress check-ins
Validate
Before launch, we test against real scenarios, review for security issues, check performance under realistic load, and walk through the experience as an actual user would. This is a checkpoint, not a formality.
Outputs
- QA & regression testing
- Security review
- Performance testing
- UX walkthrough
Launch & Grow
Launch is the start of the system's real life, not the end of the project. We handle deployment and monitoring, and stay involved for analytics, improvements and ongoing support as the product and the business evolve.
Outputs
- Production deployment
- Monitoring & analytics
- Ongoing improvements & support
